Whispers, My Budddy, We Miss You!

by Dembé
(Colorado)

We lost our sweet Pug/Sharpei mix Whispers 4 days ago, on February 27, 2013. We had her for 6 years. She passed away suddenly with no warning of being sick at all.

We can't understand what happened. She was fine a few hours before.

I'm confused how a healthy dog who was energetic and with a great appetite can just die. Her Vet and some of my friends have repeatedly told me that what happened to her is genetics for her breed. I even researched it on the internet, which stated that it was genetics. Pugs suffer from breathing problems.

The morning of her death she was acting normal, running around and playing with our other dog. When I got home, I was told that she had passed away that afternoon.

Whispers was my buddy. She will be missed terribly. We laid her to rest in the pet cemetery near some of our other animals who passed before her.

Whisper you will be greatly missed, enjoy your time in Heaven with God and all your many friends. We will see you again. Remember, time is nothing in heaven!!

We love you, Girly!
