Whitey, your short time with us on this earth will forever be etched in our hearts. You were truly a very special boy.
As I write this, I can still see your gentle, kind, loving eyes, looking at me, waiting for a hug, a kiss, or scratch behind your ears.
From the first second I saw you at the shelter, November 3rd, 2008, at only 4 months old, sitting in urine, shivering, in the corner of a cardboard box, I knew you needed me, and my heart told me, I needed to help you.
God allowed our paths to cross for a reason.
The 18 months we had together were filled with lots of love, patience, happiness, learning, laughing, playing, and kindness.
We have all given you a piece of our heart to take with you on your journey to the rainbow bridge.
You were truly loved by everyone, and now, deeply missed.
God has another angel in his hands. Be free my love.
