Marley, for 14 years, was my shadow, my hope and my life. I love and loved him for every minute of each wonderful day he gave to us. But cancer got hold of my little boy, in his face, and we did all we could do and then gave a gift I'll never forget.

We put you to peace and free of pain before it got to its worst. This was the worst week of my life, with you doing so poorly, but you still wagged your tale and tried your best.

Those beautiful eyes you gave me and all that love. I just want to hold you near to me again and hug you close. I know I have your ashes and we all are going to have them close to our hearts where you will be with us in all we do.

I will never get over the love we had. I can't get over that you were one of a kind.

I love you, Marley. R.I.P. my little boy. x x x x
