My Pretty Girl Salem

by Connie Brown
(Farmington, NY)

I miss my Pretty Girl Salem. She was such a sweet and loving, gentle giant (English Neapolitan Mastiff!). I adored her and she loved everyone who came into her life!

I rescued her when she was approximately 5 years old. God gave me almost 7 years with her. I will cherish those years for forever! (She went to the Rainbow Bridge 5/2018).

I miss her so much. I know and I have faith that I will see her again someday!

It was not goodbye but so long for now, my precious gem. Mommy will Lubbs you fureverr!!❤️🐾🐾

Breathtaking

She is so beautiful. She kind of reminds me of my Mastiff mix Ruckus who had adopted me when he was 7 years old. I had him with me until April 20 2020 just 3 months shy of his 15th birthday.

He was the love of my life. He too was a brindle. When you mentioned about Salem being a loving gentle giant, I can relate. We must believe it's not goodbye but go and run free until I come to the other side so we can be together once again side by side (unless he walks me instead).

Your photo has put a smile on my face. Thank you for sharing her with us.
