Nicci was a very special girl. When I first met my wife I wasn't much of a dog lover. But Nicci quickly won me over and was a great friend for 13 years. I will miss so many things about her. Meeting me at the door when I first came home, she always was so excited to see me and followed me everywhere around the house.
We had a special bond that I won't ever forget! She was always full of life in playing with her toys and chasing the cat around the house. She was always quick to greet everyone at the door. I never thought I would become so close to a dog let alone a miniature dachshund!
Nicci - you will forever be missed. Go to the Rainbow Bridge and someday I will meet you there - and when that day comes, you will be young and healthy and you will be able to chase your little red ball.
