My Snoopy
Your photo hangs upon my wall.
How beautiful you were.
The ache in my heart is agony,
It's oh so hard to bear.
Your face I see when I go to sleep,
Yet I know you're here no more.
You are not there to greet me
When I open my bedroom door.
No more will you come running
When I call you for a hug,
Or bring your toy for me to play,
The game of pull and tug.
But now it's time for me to say,
Through my blinding tears,
What a gentle and loving companion you were
These wonderful nine years,
Goodnight my beautiful Baby boy,
It's time for you to rest,
No other dog will ever compare,
You were the very best
I love you , R.I.P xxxxxx
