Today I had memories of yesterdays not too long ago
Happiness and wagging tails, treat time and all the love that flowed

My mind is filled with images of how it used to be
My heart still holds the forever love we share, you and me

Time goes so quickly, it hardly seems fair

One day we are together, the next, we are not
