I woke up from a sleep
With tears streaming down my cheek
What is it? I say
Then I looked to my left
And then I realised
The tears are for you.

Daddy turns to Mummy
And says it's ok
But butterflies in my tummy say otherwise.

There are tears down my cheek
What am I going to do
They just keep flowing just for you.

Mummy's heart is breaking
Please make it stop
Bark or make a growl
Or come breathe on my top
Mummy will be waiting
Till you come make it better
But till then, the tears will keep flowing for you.
