Mike's Love for Baby Bell

by Mike McNeely
(Greenwood, Indiana)

How do God's little furry creatures capture our hearts? I don't know the answer. Baby Bell stole my heart. I loved her so much in ways I can't describe. I am so proud to say she was never mistreated. Even with all the messes she made I would say, It's O.K., she's not going anywhere."

How do I replace her? We can't. How do I replace the feelings when she jumped up on my lap and put her head on my shoulder. We can't. How do I replace the feelings when I could feel her warm body next to my leg sleeping on a cold night. We can't. All I do have is the love for her in my heart. That is all I have and it isn't enough.

Love you Bell.

Mike
