I'll Miss You, Pokie

It's going to be difficult not hearing you bark when I open the door.

Last night I felt guilty that I wasn't home when you passed away. I thought I was still going to see you when I got home because I had to pick up my cousin from work. I remember mom carried you in her arms before I left.

I didn't receive a call or text while I was gone. When I got home I asked my mom where you were and she looked at me and told me you were gone.

Words can't express how sad I am.

I remember the day mom gave you to me. I have been taking care of you for about 4 years.

You were there when no one was there for me. You licked my face when I was crying because of a break up.

You ran around and barked every time you saw me, and even followed me into the bathroom.

I will miss you, bud, my maltipoo. ❤️😭
