Goodbye Jack

You are gone 12 weeks now, Jack, and I miss you so much. I can't believe you are gone. 17 years together, buddy, and now you are no longer here.

I would love to see you again, I would love the chance to hold you and cuddle you, but I know that is impossible. I will hold you and miss you in my heart forever.

I hope now you are not old and stiff like you were. You were old for so long, I had nearly forgotten what you were like when you were young. Looking back at your photos has reminded me. I hope you are now running like you could.

Goodbye, my little buddy. I miss you lots and loads. Say hi to Brownie, Ben, Sindy and Susie, Holly, Misty the cat and Stevie the guinea pig. I miss them all, but you, Jack, were and always will be the best dog in the world!!
