For all the ways you unconditionally loved and protected my family and me through the years, I am saying, "Thank You, Thunder." Thank you, buddy. I never got a chance to tell you that before you left. You were my right-hand man, my closest and most faithful companion, and one of my greatest joys in life.

Thank you for loving me, my friend. I will miss you, but I promise to carry you in my heart forever until the day we meet again...and when we do, I will get on my knees, wrap my arms around you and say, "Thank you for waiting for me. How I've missed you, my beloved friend."
