Duchess

I got a new dog 3 weeks ago and it did not last long. I had to go away one week for some things so I left my puppy at the vet. The previous dog in that cage there had a deadly disease. I didn't know about that previous dog.

I went to the vet and got her back, but I could see she wasn't feeling well. The vet gave her some shots and I took her home. She was fine the second week, nothing wrong, but on the third week the illness came back.

I left her at the vet again to see if they could help her. This morning at 7:30 the vet called me. I thought I could go and fetch her, but my heart broke when they told me that she passed away.

I only had her 2 weeks, and still we had so much fun.

Martin, this must really have come as a great big shock to you. I read your account and felt very sad about what you and your little pet went through. It was good to read though, that you were grateful for the few great times you had together. Please accept my condolences.
