I did not realize that I could love you so much. I'm sorry that I wasn't there with you every minute of your life. I miss you with all my heart, and my heart breaks every time I think of you. Who is going to sleep under my covers?

Scooter, take care of grandpa for me and wait at rainbow bridge. I will see you. Please give me a sign that you are ok. I can't breathe without you.

Today when I picked up my baby's ashes, I was driving down the street. A lady was in her front yard with a dog that looked exactly like Scooter. It made me smile and cry at the same time.

I am sorry for your loss. It is heartbreaking to lose a memeber of your family.

I experienced the same pain you are going through and I asked my dog to give me a sign she was ok. I talked and talked all day long, calling for her. Then, one night, she was walking around at the bottom of my bed and once she found her "spot," she laid down.

I then knew she was with me still and OK!
