Sam, The Little Dog With the Big Heart

Sam, we shared so much until that awful day you went away. In all my years I was untouched by grief, not through ignorance or disbelief, but simply from not knowing what love really was. You gave so much and asked for so little. Dogs like you can teach us mere humans oh so much.

The pain I feel runs so very deep. Your loss has been the hardest thing I have ever faced so far. These words to others may mean very little. Our own personal feelings are what meally matter.

We were blessed that day you chose us. We thank you so much for that. On your passing, we know you enriched our lives.

God bless you, little Sam. We miss you so much. Words can't fully say what you were all about. Your memory lives on and always will. One day we will run and play once again.

Take care little fellow.
