Our Basset Hound Buddy Tracker

by Demi Belanger
(Eutawville, SC)

The day we brought you home,
Was exciting and fun...
Couldn't believe our great fortune,
When we found you, the basset hound,
Ready and eager to run in the sun...
Many adventures have been between us all,
As Shane grew up with you in tow......
How did we ever get sooooooo lucky,
To have you during our highs and our lows...
You kept up with our busy social life,
Always joining the crowd......
Keeping up with Bronco,
And guiding little Stu around......
Oh, my gosh, our dear old friend,
You just let us know that you were tired, and ready to go
Yet I, Mom, am so thankful,
That you hung with her and the crowd as long as you did.

You, Track Man, are an awesome hound, that everyone has loved,
You made our scary, awful days acceptable with your big ole ears, and your shining eyes.....

Rest, in heaven, with Bronco....

We will miss you more than you can imagine...
Please watch over Stu, in the stars above... he will need your guidance in his heart...

As we put you in your resting place on March 22, 2010, all of your neighborhood buds said their goodbyes with us...

Track Man... Always and Forever, our dear friend

May You Rest With The Angels....

Love, Mom, Dad, Shane, Stu, Livi, Stella, Buckshot
