My Dog Tommy

Have you ever had a dog that is a soul mate?? Well, I did. He was my constant companion for 11 short years.

I knew he was very special the moment I meet him. He was just a small puppy but it was mutual love at first sight. The big brown eyes took me in with total understanding and always watched for me regardless of what was going on... He could look into my soul, I'm sure of that.

Well, this wonderful little boy put up a fight with cancer for 14 months. I think he stayed as long as he could because he didn't want to leave me, and I sure didn't want him to go. He passed away Nov 8 2009 about 8:00pm and my life will never be the same.
