In Memory of My Furry Buddha

Whiskey

To my beloved Whiskey, it’s been 14 hours since you left this deep hole in our hearts. I know I won’t feel better ever but writing this memorial will let me put my thoughts to words.

I miss you every second now, looking at your crate, your fur on the bed, your bowl of food and water, it all reminds me of the time we spent together. I hear you around the house. 4:30 pm today was bad since you would be at the door for your walk. Papa misses you like crazy too.

I know you are now happy and free of pain. Getting pets and doing zoomies. My dear baby, you were an angel here and now. I am not sure how I can get past these days to at least heal.

I would give anything to get to hold you one more time, but I know that’s only a wish. I want you to know you were loved and will be loved always.

How I wish we had more time together. We could have gone on several camping trips and walks. You were the sweetest soul and taught us patience is definitely a virtue. Your calmness would rub on everyone you met. People were in love with you.

Your baby brother Rambo misses you too. He keeps sniffing all around the house and backyard to see where you are.

You are with us in spirit, and this time forever. Your memories are etched in our hearts along with your paw prints. Your slight nudge with your head at our feet to get pets, your belly rub requests were the best times in our life.

Love you loads my cutie pie, my whiskoo, kunjudu, amma ponnu. You have my heart forever.

Rest in peace, my baby boy. Mumma, Pappa and Rambo love you.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. 🙏🙏😞

It's never easy losing our best friends. 😭 The only comfort comes from knowing that you were the best fur baby parent. 💕

May Buddha run free.
