Beau

I lost my best friend, Beau, this week. He was an English Bulldog. My heart aches. I long to touch and kiss him, as I did every day, on his beautiful lips. He made my day. He made my life worth living.

I wonder how I will go on without him. And I pray that he will come to me in my dreams and let me know that he's ok, swimming every day, which he loved to do, and waiting for me as he needs me. I so miss Beau.

I am sorry for your loss. I come to this site to read other people's stories about their dogs that have passed on. I lost my Ned on 3-24-09 and it still hurts so bad. I know how you are feeling, but it does get better (so I've heard).

Think of Beau as just being in the other room. Listen for his bark in the wind and look for him in your dreams but don't rush it. He will be there soon. You can read about my Ned at "My Little Buddy Ned" on this site.

Beau is at the rainbow bridge now, waiting for you. I am sure he has met my Ned. Go to rainbowbridge.com to learn more about the bridge. Beau will be OK and he would want you to be OK too.

Good luck. Be well.

Tom
