Little Tess

My beautiful devoted darling who loved her mum more than anyone else. We had to have her put to sleep on Tuesday, 20 years old with too much cancer pain. My heart was breaking. My 19 year old son sobbing.

A little Pom crossed with a Chihuahua. What a beautiful girl, gutsy, the boss of the house, who had battled cancer and a serious heart condition and kept going for years.

Our house seems so empty and my heart has a physical pain I miss her so much. No more little face at the front door glass when I come home, her little nose prints still there and I won't clean them off.

What will I do without you, mummy's lovey girl. So much love given, how lucky we were darling girl. I know that you will be there waiting when I come and in the meantime please help us old girl. We don't know what to do without you.

Mummy knows that you will send another furry love to us, who will need us when it's right, but I just want you. I can never thank you enough, my lovey, for all the love over all this time. I love you so much, my Little Tess.

All my love, Mum (Karen, Victoria, Australia)

Flash and Whispa's family
by: Karen

Thank you for your kind messages. Ruby has been sent by Flash to help heal the hole in your heart that only a pet can fill.

I'm so sorry about your losing your loved Whispa the other day. My thoughts go to you too.

I miss my little Tess.

Furry Love
by: Anonymous

Mummy knows that you will send another furry love to us. You are so right! My bassett hound died a year ago, aged 13. Within 6 months I came home one Sunday morning after collecting my morning paper to find a female Rotty lying in my porch. Despite all efforts to find her owner, nothing has come of it. We have now had Ruby for 7 months, and we KNOW Flash, our Bassett hound, sent her to us.

Heart

My heart goes out to you. I lost my 13 year old Bassett hound last year, and my 18 year old British Blue cat 2 days ago. But both Flash (my bassett hound and Whispa my British Blue cat) are with me in spirit.
